Mary was born and raised in Omaha. She went to Mercy High School, then to UNO for a few years, before getting married and starting her family. She has been married for over 27 years and has three adult children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, enjoys watching or going to various sporting events or movies, and travels every chance she gets.
Mary worked at Physicians Mutual Insurance Company in the Policy Issue Department for 7 years. She worked her way up to Assistant Supervisor before deciding to stay home to raise her children. During that time, she worked part-time doing medical billing for a group of ER doctors and, once the kids started school, she began working full-time and continued there for 14 years before coming home to Matthew G. Miller, PC, LLO.
Mary started at the firm in 2012 and refers to it as “home” because she truly feels like this is where she is supposed to be. She loves being the first point of contact when people call the office.
She is very compassionate and empathizes with their various situations that prompted them to call. Mary wears many hats with the firm: from receptionist, to bookkeeper, to lending a hand with the client files, and is always happy to help wherever needed.
She finds great satisfaction in being part of a team that truly cares and strives to get the best possible outcome for every client. Her goal is to always make clients feel welcome and know they can count on our team to handle their claim so they can concentrate on healing.
